Reached through a pink door, this speakeasy-inspired hideaway pairs a laid-back island mood with sweeping 360˚ Pacific Ocean views and golden-hour sunsets. Mixologists pour handcrafted, island-inspired cocktails and zero-proof creations. Signature pours include the clarified Mirror Mai Tai with Koloa Rum, the HI-State Margarita spiced with Hawaiian chilli and hibiscus-calamansi foam, and the Miso Banana Luxe made with Ka'u cold brew.
